During the training participants learn about Cultivating Safe Spaces (CSS) and I go over the CSS framework, also the colonial vs decolonial framework, and trauma diagram. The breakout groups give opportunity for participants to discuss what they learn and brainstorm how they apply it to their lives and work they do.
CSS Training Journal, various resources and worksheets are included.
Certificates of participation are provided to participants once completed.

Remember to keep in mind, volunteers, auxiliary employees, elders, board members, business partners, and marginalized groups you may work with who can benefit from being included in your training to maximize the benefits of your organization/team and community overall.
